Free shutle down-town. Nice and clean room. Great staff.
Breakfast. Just a little more effort and it would have been very good. Scramble eggs tastet nothing, bacon was not fried, juice was way to sweet etc. Ended up after first morning to only eat cereals ... No information about swiming pool. Top floor bar was not open.

Eventhough the location was outside Rome citycentre it was fairly easy and cheap to take the bus, taxi or use the excellent shuttle service provided by the hotel.

the staff were very friendly and helpful esp with directions. the hotel is clean all the time, accessible for transportation going to the city and breakfast was excellent and the ambience of the restaurant was awesome.
It was far from the attractions, we have to wait for a bus which took ages to come. The so called free transportation offered by the hotel is always fully booked and managed to use it on one day.

Lobby appearance was excellent, so the first impression was good. The rooms were ok but not great. For a better word, the porter was outstanding and attentive. The restaurant, I would not reccomend. Service was poor and food was not as expected. It was nice to have a breakfast buffet included in price. The directions given by front desk, was not good enough for us to figure out how to use bus and train service, so we taxied every where.

The hotel is located close to Vatican (15 min) and near a train station. The hotel looks very good, my room had a huge bad. The terrace of the hotel is also very nice.
The sound isolation of the rooms is not great. The breakfast can be boring after a few days.

I liked our room very much. We made a room upgrade from a standard room to a room with a terrace. We liked also the roof terrace, which had very nice chairs and sofas to have a quite rest. As we arrived very late (around 24:00) I ordered beforehand sandwich and a bottle of wine. It was very nice arranged and tasted great!
The breakfast was bad! :( That is not what I would suspect for a 4 star hotel!

The hotel was close to the train and bus stations. The lobby and entrance was excellent. The elevators worked well as did all the equipment in the room. The hotel is near many of the major attractions in Rome. The buffet breakfast was excellent!
The dining room staff were a bit "stiff"! More smiles would be welcome! We would have liked more/better shopping and dining facilities closer! The rooms could be a bit noisy depending on the adjacent neighbours.

- Excellent staff - all friendly and helping - really good breakfast in nice surroundings - large rooms, good shower & bed
- Sauna was not included in the price although we got the impression it was .. bummer - we paid extra = not a nice surprise - the minivan service was always overbooked - room door lock mechanism was broken, we mentioned it to the staff, someone came, nothing was solved. We had to try for minutes to open the door each time entering ..
